I am also an orthodox Jewish mom of four wonderful children, who stumbled upon a podcast called Half Size Me, after the birth of my fourth child. Fast forward to 2018– I am 55 pounds down, and I have a maintainable and sustainable method for continuing my healthy lifestyle. It has become my passion to share what I have learned from my own weight loss journey and research, to help you achieve your health goals and live your best life.
